Issue Free Entries
Our app has been designed to prevent the common issues associated with tracking employee time on-site. Time entries are geo-tagged, stamped with an unchangeable date and time, and submitted daily. These features prevent foremen from “accidentally” forgetting the hours they worked. Validated sums and duplicate-row protection prevent the accidental submission of an hours breakdown that doesn’t match the hours actually worked by the employee.

How Chronox Works
After joining the waitlist, you’ll secure your place in line for the official Chronox launch. Once it’s your turn, our team will reach out to begin onboarding. This process includes importing your existing data, creating company accounts, defining user roles, configuring notifications and reminders, and customizing the interface to match your company’s brand.
Within the app, you’ll have dedicated pages for managing and viewing detailed data points. Project managers, estimators, and timekeepers will be able to track and manage information submitted by crews in the field. You’ll see clear data tables showing metrics such as hours by cost code versus estimated hours, tools used, and the ratio of extra work to standard hours for each job—and much more.
Foremen will have access to a dedicated Time Entries page (unless additional permissions are requested). This is where they’ll submit daily time entries for each employee, organized by cost code, job, tools used, and related details. This page is also where foreman will also be able to log site delays and extra work.
As soon as the app goes live, Chronox’s AI will begin analyzing the submitted data. Within the first week, you’ll start receiving automated weekly reports summarizing key job specific metrics—such as total hours worked per cost code, percentage complete versus estimated hours, and total extra work logged by your crews.
